1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

• munaseb is a marketplace platform that connects users planning life events with service providers and vendors.
• We do not directly provide event services; we facilitate discovery, communication, and booking, and we manage service providers and vendors to provide you with the best services and experiences.
• Vendors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of munaseb.

3. User Accounts

• You must register an account to use certain features of the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings made through the Platform are binding agreements between you and the vendor.
• Payments may be processed via secure third-party payment providers.
• munaseb may charge service fees, which will be disclosed prior to booking.
• All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency, unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each vendor and communicated before booking.
• munaseb may facilitate communication of refunds but is not responsible for vendor policies.
• Service fees charged by munaseb may be non-refundable.

6. User Obligations

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You must not:

• Misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or deal outside the Platform to avoid fees.

7. Vendor Obligations

Vendors using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability.
• Deliver services with reasonable care, skill, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Honor bookings confirmed through the Platform.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful practices.

8. Service Quality & Disputes

• munaseb does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of vendor services.
• Disputes between users and vendors must be resolved directly between the parties.
• munaseb may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion, but we are not liable for outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform (brand, logo, text, images, software) is owned by munaseb or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

• munaseb provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, munaseb is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss or damage from use of the Platform.
• Any disputes, damages, or issues arising from vendor services.

Our liability in any case will not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless munaseb, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Any third-party claims related to your actions or transactions on the Platform.

13. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
• You may deactivate your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to Jordan courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
